The staff were all amazingly friendly and accommodating. The location to the hospital was very convenient. The room was average.
There was dust on areas, the fridge and the mirror had not been cleaned.Found a baggie with masks peaking out from behind the dresser. We had to ask for toilet paper as there were 2 mostly used roles. The tissue dispenser had 2 tissues left.

Disappointing
Good facilities and most staff helpful but our problems and justified complaint was not addressed and the manager did not do what he promised.
The room was not good. The air conditioning was so noisy it kept us awake as did the neon sign outside the window. The sink was blocked and full of foul water. Our complaints were not addressed and the manager promised a discount yet charged us the full price which was terrible value
