- The locatino is great and the unit was nicely equiped. The beach adjacent to the property is very nice and easily walk along the beach to the four and five star hotels nearby if take the time.
- The condominium complex was in an excellent location in Wailea right on the beach. The buildings were only 2 stories and were spread out along a rolling green lawn which was nicely landscaped with tropical plants. The pools were immaculate.

Cons -
- It was a bit of a walk to the beach and the traffic noise was noticeable but not bad at all.
- Although the bed was very nice as well as the linens, the remainder of the furniture was out dated and not very attractive.
