Pros +
- Very nice and clean room. Comfortable bed and very helpful staff. We walked to the center of town or took the metro. Metro station is near the hotel. We also paid for their breakfast to save some time. It was a good, full of choices breakfast.
- The room was great-- beautiful, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. After having slept in hotel beds across Italy, this room was the most comfortable by far. The bed and linens were wonderful.
- The garden was my little piece of heaven. In a busy city it was a wonderful retreat. I liked this place so much i booked an extra night. Carpet could use a replacement otherwise two thumbs up. The staff were above and beyond helpful.
Cons -
- Great staff; very friendly and hospitable. The waiter in the dining room (from the Phillapines) and everyone at the front desk were great-with the glaring exception of the woman at the front desk at 4 am on August 8th, who was rude, terse, and unfriendly.
