The receptionist was as good and was trying to be helpful.
Our room was dusty. Dust everywhere. The exterior door and lock didn't work well. The headboard was cracked and needed to be replaced. The bathroom door was damaged. The toilet seat was [Link Redacted] landscaping was awful and in need of maintenance. Unsafe

Dissapointed
Nothing. It's was so horrible and disgusting that I didn't stay the second night tgst I had booked. I left a day early. Everything was broken, so dirty. There was no breakfast as promised. The pool was full of junk and leaves. They need to condem that place.
Everything was horrible. I was tricked by the pictures online. Nothing was as advertised. I feel robbed.
