All stuff are so nice! The restaurant is also nice and delicious! But there is countryside and I didn’t have a car so I couldn’t go anywhere afternoon and it is very quiet(of course. I’m from in a middle of city) staying by myself is a little bit lonely feeling. Also no TV. I don’t usually care about TV but that situation, I wish I had one….

The room was cold after sundown. Outside is no one after 5 or 6pm so quiet but I feel very scared… A bed was too hard for me

The first meal we ordered was delicious (although the Chile en Nogada lacked flavour) mole negro and memelas were very good. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and there were errors with both orders but it was ok. The place is in a good location, walking distance to the restaurants and small shops in Huayapam. There are lovely views and lots of plants, trees and flowers around which make the location very pretty. You can bring your pet, but be advised that there are several other dogs (two large ones) who have free roam of the property.

There are many rules for staying there, most of which mention keeping the area tranquil for the guests, but our stay was not tranquil at all. There was constant construction throughout the days of our stay, hammering and drilling from morning until the early evening. On the first day, the pool was filthy (like it had not been used for some time) and there were people cleaning it during the middle of the afternoon which was the only time when it was sunny. On the second day there was a children's birthday party in the pool - not typically a problem but this was supposed to be a relaxing weekend in a spa and we were not informed - so it was filled with screaming and splashing. The tranquility and relaxing pool were the two reasons for choosing this spot, so we left a little disappointed.
