When my son arrived, he was refused check in. This room was reserved on my credit card, and was to be charged to it. The desk clerk told him he had to use his own credit card, which he has none, or he couldn't have the room. It was not used, I won't pay!!

did not like at all
area, desk people, huge deposit unkown to me. lots of persons hanging around parking lot. desk person fell asleep at keyboard while checking reservation. Had no idea a large deposit was required to check in.
