Exceptional
Our hostess was so kind and helpful. She recommended a rest nearby which was a real pearl! The facilities were extremely clean amd classy, garden very beautiful and tje scenery magnificent. Perfect stop-over, easily recommended.

Beautiful place in the country 30 min from san marino. But difficult to get to.
Beautiful setting and garden. Room was completely redone and modern with air conditioning and sm fridge. Patio seating outside room too and in garden. Nice big breakfast for a fee. Parking right in front. Welcoming host.
Had difficulty finding the place. Addressing booking was misleading and took us up into the hills somewhere. There are many La Valles in Italy and was confusing, but after calling and speaking to the daughter we found the place.

Lovely hosts, property, and location. Great views of the valley, but a little cloudy during our trip.
Host family were lovely. They were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great. very fresh focaccia breads, croissant, interesting flavours of yoghurt, and fresh fruit. Even fresh cherries from their garden.
The only issues were lack of English made communicating funny, we somehow managed to communicate ok though. there was a slight issue with Google maps having the wrong property showing on their app, but the owner was very friendly and helped us find the correct place.
