The space, the kitchen, the fire, the comfort of the beds and the outside space were great. It's a gite, not a hotel or apartment so it's necessary to be a little bit self-sufficient. The owners were very nice and communicative and the location was perfect to get to the Christmas train.

Only minor things were that the heating in the bedrooms so they got a bit cold at night for some people, depends on how warm you like your bedrooms. Breakfast for children was a little expensive but it's always possible to go to the boulangerie in Mariembourg to buy your own supplies.
