Located near the Columbia River, this downtown Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hood River is 3.5 miles from the Western Antique Museum. Pros +
- the room was clean and staff helpful when we needed something. Duvet cover had a stain on it and housekeeping quickly replaced it. Door key didn't work on outside door and busy maintenence man got right on it.
- Price and quality
- Convenient to our activities. Had all the amenities we like.
Cons -
- couldn't really walk to the downtown area. But was easy to get on and off the hwy.
- During the breakfast, there were 2 TVs set with with Fox News on, given current environment, likely alienated half the guests there, recommend turning off the TVS or having one alternative station at least.
- The floors in the lobby and hallway always seemed to be dirty.
