Amazing hotel

The staff was very helpful, check in was quick and easy. The room and bathroom were very clean and accommodated our needs. The location was beautiful and was surrounded by plenty of attractions.

No complaints to report.

Great location! The hotel is beautifully designed and offers some amazing views. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant and bar had a lot of amazing options to choose from. Highly recommend.

very comfortable bed. good shower. good location and quiet. nice balcony.

the bar was quite gloomy and characterless. the pool bar isn't a barbeith no shade. the minibar had no space for us to chill our water etc.

Breakfast was included in my hotel booking initially but during checkout it was charged to my bill.

Unsolicited charges for mini-fridge items that were not taken, was told at time of booking a month prior as well as at check in that I had late check out but 20 minutes prior to original check out time of 11am, was told it was no longer available because they were fully booked & I would have to pay a fee for more time.

It was clean and the valet service was good. The apple cider and coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The location is excellent. I recommend getting a room with a river view.

For a luxury hotel, there are literally no bells and whistles. And the front desk service is mid. We were there for a milestone anniversary, and it was not acknowledged.
