Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, good location. Dining area was surprisingly spacious and atmosphere was comfortable.
Undergoing renovations, front lobby did not make a good impression. They had the wall boarded up and the furniture was dirty. I was glad to find that the rooms were clean. The complementary breakfast was very basic, not too many options.

The property was very convenient. Close to Universal Studios. The breakfast was good for the morning. The rooms were clean. The staff is very attentive! Very helpful especially when my family and I landed so late at night. Customer service was great. Friendly staff.

Very great location. Within 20 minutes to everything we did as a family. Pool was a little “buggy” but that’s Florida for you. Room was spacious. Shower felt great. Bed was firm, not soft/squishy. Overall, we loved our stay. Breakfast was the same everyday. Sausage links, scrambled eggs, Belgian waffles.
Feel like the breakfast could be switched up like bacon one day, sausage another, etc. The beds would be nicer if softer, felt like I was sleeping on a board. The one worker during breakfast criticized me for putting my child’s juice in a coffee cup with a lid rather than a plastic cup, trying to still teach our child to drink from a cup and that’s easier with her being special needs so I felt taken back by that. They were renovating during our stay, wasn’t offended by that at all, but the elevators felt very shaky. Pool could have been cleaner.

Location and car park
So, we need to wipe clean the surface before letting our babies touch the tables etc. Room wasn’t that clean, table and floor still sticky, fridge smells fishy, carpet wasn’t vacuumed.

I have stayed several times at this hotel because of the great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I want to especially thank Maddy at Front Desk who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We didn't use the pool but I saw families with their children enjoying the facilities.The hotel provides free breakfast which was very convenient for us before we headed out to the parks or going shopping.

The hotel was very clean, spacious room, and the service was excellent. Free breakfast is not the best, but it is always a benefit to have it.I would give it 4 stars. Really great place to stay.
