- The bathrooms are a bit old, smoke alarm was beeping during our entire stay. We requested to get it fixed but didn?t get any help.
- Excessive incidental room holds. Was apologized to bc it was an ?accident?. When I explained how that ?accident? affected my stay and gave the front desk agent a chance to make it right, she instead lied.
