Good location, nice setup, easy access, good staff

The staff was courteous. I liked the atmosphere and the band. The bar area was nice as well as the food. The room was clean. I got my room across from friends.

I went down to pickup a ordrered pizza. I didn't kmow It hadnt arrived. I asked the gentleman at the Bell Desk and he replied" Do you see a pizza "? Check the desk near elevators... As i asked the staff at elevators she pointed at the pizza being broughtbin.

Stunning hotel right in the centre of New Orleans. Amazing room view of the city and the Mississippi River. Very comfortable rooms and squeaky clean! The staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

The food at their restaurant is delicious but a bit overpriced. Water is overpriced: they provide free water in the room but the taste is quite strong and alternative mineral water is three times the price around the corner.

I was on the 23rd floor with a great view. I couldn't ask for anything better. Great location as well for all walking destinations downtown. I will highly recommend to anyone who is traveling to this area for anything!

I wish the parking garage was a little taller. By driving a truck that is 6'5 down there I was very scared to see them drive it into the garage. It did hit the plastic tube going in but there was no damage at all on anything.

Location was great. The staff was very helpful. We never waited more than 30 seconds for an elevator, it was great compared to other hotels. The valet was great. Enjoyed everything about this hotel.

This is a great location. You are within walking distance from everything; Bourbon street, Canal street. Walked to the convention center within 15 minutes; casual pace. Uber to airport was only $27 dollars.

This is not a ding, but should be noted that this is high occupancy hotel and although there's six elevators, there's 50 ( I believe ) floors of guest. The hotel is amazing. There's a $15 dollar credit for breakfast; $27 per guest. I was told the last day you don't get the $15 credit.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Quick walk to Bourbon St. and Frenchmen Quarter. Lots of good food spots in the area and there’s a coffee/beignet spot next door, as well as a Starbucks within the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. The building was very secure. Security quickly noticed when some street sellers entered the building and started trying to scam people into buying roses. They resolved the issue promptly and I felt safe the whole time.

We loved this hotel! It's a great location. Easy access to Bourbon Street. Surrounded by great restaurants. The lobby is beautiful with a fantastic bar. The room is comfortable and we had a great view from gorgeous floor to ceiling windows. We will be staying again.

There id nothing to complain about. We loved this hotel.
