Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa

Staff was wonderful. Always helpful and very kind. The hotel is close to the sphere so we could walk to and from our event. Room is spacious.

The property doesn’t work well with booking.com. They tried to charge me a few hundred extra dollars because booking hadn’t released my full payment to them. The hotel also had my information incorrect despite me linking my Marriott number before I arrived. I had to speak with the front desk multiple times during the stay to correct issues. Very annoying and time consuming.

Good location and close to about everything. Walking distance to the sphere! Which is why I chose this location.

Great hotel. Less chaos than the strip. Refrigerator and coffee maker with great coffee. No mini bar; no worries about extra charges. Spacious room. Easly self parking and easy registration / check-in or out process.

Never could get spacious to answer the phone or get an appointment. Probably needed to book in advance.

Super close to the Sphere which is what we were aiming for. Nice restaurant with yummy options and complimentary drinks and deserts. Nice spa to relax and make sure to book a massage, the therapist is amazing. The hotel is clean, smells fresh, wifi works fast, staff is kind, accommodating and helpful. Because there is no casino on sight the vibe of the hotel is more peaceful, chill and totally smoke free. The pool is not the most glamorous one but it’s perfect to chill, sun tan and relax.

We were randomly in a connecting room and we could hear our neighbours way more than we wish for. The curtains don’t close well enough allowing the bright lights from the neon outdoor to come in. The bathrooms are outdated and the bathtub had cracks on it making it look dirty

Nice looking hotel.

They did not have rooms available upon checkin forcing us to wait hours before getting a room. We let them know we needed to get ready to catch a show, they told us to wait. We checked the room status a couple times and they didn't give us access to the spa for getting changed until asking a 2nd time about the room. When we got to this spa, it was packed full of girls getting ready for shows to the point where we couldn't do anything. Then they announce the spa was closing, so we had to leave before getting a chance, again needing to wait on our room. Then once our room was ready, we entered it and the hotel water bottles from the last guests were still there and OPENED. It was evident they just tossed the room and did NOT actually clean it or remove trash. We let the front know and they apologized but did nothing about it. Along this whole process, they kept giving us drink vouchers (16)and dessert vouchers(8), which was pointless because dessert was not even available when we asked and we didn't have time to sit around and drink before needing to leave. THEN the hotel charged double what the booking originally was and we still have no explanation why. All we did was sleep there one night and we were not messy!

The location was excellent. It is very good for families travelling will kids. The breakfast was quite good as well.

The location was perfect. The rental car was at the hotel, eat to Uber, and good walking distance to good and attractions.

The spa hours close too early. I did however enjoy the spa on the first night. They closed before we could get there upon returning prior to departure.
