Great location, complimentary coffee in the morning and hot apple juice in the afternoon. Friendly and attentive staff.

We had a really great stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City in December 2025. From the moment we arrived, the service felt polished and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were professional, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed.The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, which I especially appreciated during a busy December trip. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything in the room felt high quality and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and upscale.The location is also a big plus. It’s convenient for getting around, and it made our stay a lot easier since I didn’t waste time commuting back and forth. Overall, it delivered exactly what you expect from a hotel, excellent service, comfort, and a refined experience.I do absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a reliable luxury stay in the area.

No pool

I been to Pentagon City before. I like the location. The mall is connected to the hotel. I can leave out the back entrance of the hotel and be right in the mall.The blue line train station is right in front of the building. The beds were comfortable. I got treated well. I was impressed with the mini bar in the hotel room. I was impress with the marble design of the bathroom. I was blown away with the snacks such as candy chips peanuts just to name a few. Finally there was beer wine liquor and champagne in the refrigerator as well as soda and juice.

Over priced on the breakfast.

Disappointed with the the lack of in hotel restaurant choices. The meals chosen were excellent, however. The suite was nice but noted the wooden trim on the Master bath sink was in need of repair.
