There is a 24-hour reception. Public underground parking is available in front of the hotel. The only access is from the Square Wilson, then follow signs indicating "Parking du Capitole" and you will be just in front of the entrance of the hotel. Maximum height : 5.9 ft. Most room are accessible by elevator. Some rooms can only be reached via stairs. Please note that twin beds setting is at an extra cost of EUR 10 and upon prior request. - The location is fantastic, the rooms and lobby are absolutely beautiful and have all of the items one needs while traveling. Concierge staff were terrific - thank you!

- My husband has mobility issues and we had a room not accessible with an elevator. If you have mobility issues make sure you request a room you can access with an elevator!
