Pros +
- Nice room, well laid out, free breakfast, Pool, and friendly staff
- Customer service and cleaning crew were the standard in quality perfection.
- From the front desk to housekeeping all excellent customer service from the time I got the time I got there to the time I left. Especially the front desk. I wish there was a second elevator side or the stair hallways were clean and the pool.
Cons -
- I would not call this hotel a 4-star hotel. There are some nice things about it, but it should in the 2 1/2 star range because some of the areas are showing their age. My exterior door was dirty and the enamel paint on the tub was peeling badly.
- I received a separate bill for parking that I was not informed about.
- Just the stairway well dirty and stunk. Pool dirty
