Non working elevator Rooms need refurbishing ,chipped bathtub, noisy refrigerator compressor.

Location was excellent. Friendly staff. Breakfast good, spacious room and mini kitchen was great.

Sofa bed sheets and blankets were stained and very worn. Blanket was smelly. AC was noisy.

- The location is just perfect, the room is big and confortable, clean (but smelly), for the price I paid, it was a spot on.

The room is clean BUT i think they gave me a smoker room, because there was a weird small, kind of a mix of cigarrete with cleaning products.- The lady in the front desk (african american with short hair) was kind of rude... I was even unconfortable to ask her to put my luggage on the storage room... Not sure it she was stressed out for being alone at the busy reception, but for two days in a role i experienced the same rough atitude with some brief kindness moment (really weird). I've got say at one ppoint there was another one with long hair that was very nice.

It was a little dated. Dirty plates and bowls were left in the cabinet. Went down for breakfast, which ended at 9am. I was down there at 8:30 with a breakfast area full of people and there was a staff member shouting that breakfast is over, they'd shut down because they FELT like that was all the people that would come down for breakfast (even though they had a room full of people wanting breakfast). So my family and I had to go elsewhere, use gas and money to pay for a breakfast that should've been free. That was very rude and unbecoming of a Marriott.

I'm furious that after speaking with the receptionist at check out and having sent numerous messages through booking.com, I have been ignored regarding being charged for 3 days of parking that we didn't use. Reception assured me that management would arrange a refund to my credit card. It never happened.

Strategic, Galleria Mall is just within walking distance. Parking is easy.

Despite booking way in advance, we got a Handicap room, so so noisy with the heating/cooling system right in the middle of the living room, had to shut the door to the bedroom to lessen the noise ( not really helping much) room feels dark, not our best experience.
