I will never book thru you or use Days Inn. I didn’t realize they were a trashy hotel.
I asked for a wheelchair accessible room. The room was on the second floor, with no elevator. Therefore it cost me $47.00 to hotel, & $47.00 back to the airport. Where my paraplegic granddaughter slept on an airport bench for the night. I will also mention the lady at hotel was extremely rude, assuming incorrectly, that I had not asked for accessibility. I have no intention of booking thru you again.
