The location is fantastic! And it looks cool from the outside. Bed was comfy and the ac was great
WiFi wasn’t working and didn’t reach my room in 433. The paintings are an eyesore. Breakfast left much to be desired

The room was very clean. Front desk was very welcoming. The grab and go breakfast was nicely stocked and had a lot of variety. Also appreciated the free water in the lobby. Fitness center was small but also clean.
The TV did not work but it wasn't a big deal. Aside from this, no other complaints.

Parking on site is a big plus. Walking distance to United center. (10mins)
No late night food options. All places close are closed. When I arrived, the first two attempts at me entering my room. They were already claimed and had people in them. Risky :/. My room was very small also. Good only for a single traveler.

The staff were amazing!!!! The location was excellent, it was so close to everything.
The room was very small and kinda meant for one person but we made it work and floors were so dirty our feet were black and socks too. Wish the shower pressure was stronger and the WiFi was very spotty. The cost was expensive for what you got though. The elevator was sketchy and sometimes would get stuck and was told to just take stairs but I wasn’t about to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Wish the ice machine was on each floor too.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Very clean room.
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep at all.

The staff was great! They were very friendly and helpful. With my mom, we arrived at the hotel at 9 am. Although our check-in time was 4 pm, they let us check in at 9 am. The room was clean, and all was good. They had 24 24-hour accessible coffee and tea machines.
Breakfast was good. One or 2 hot meals, like an omelet or a boiled egg, will make it great!

Actually very convenient location just 300 m walk from Illinois Medical District subway station. Rom colfortable with all necessary and nice to have facilities. Staff friendly and helpful.
Accommodation in America is expensive. O prior advice that security deposit was required which should be refunded immediately when not required, not 7 days later

Great location, The stay was very relaxing and wonderful staff. Fd Mike was able to assist me during my stay he was very helpful and informative.
