Staff was professional, courteous and most helpful. Everyone working the desk went above and beyond our expectations. Kitchen staff were amazing.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! All around nice place!

Good breakfast; pancakes instead of waffles. Very comfortable bed. Terrific location for restaurants, shopping, etc. Spacious room with good furnishings.
Sausage was overcooked. Coffee was weak. Parking lot was a little small for something like a dually or a truck with a small trailer.

the location was very good! the check in lady was very friendly and helpful.
the sink stopper was stuck and wouldn’t drain properly, the toilet ran unless you played with the handle, the check out lady was on an personal phone call on speaker and acted bothered to check us out.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was handicapped room, toilet either continually ran or wouldn't flush and there was mold in the bathtub. Room was uncomfortable and we left the next morning cutting our stay by 1 night.

last room available (we booked ahead of time) toilet was dirty, bed wasn’t made look like an employee took a nap in our bed, carpet was soak and wet no clean towels available

This is a nice hotel. It is Modern and clean. It is located near the mall and other shopping and food. it’s right off the interstate. The hot breakfast comes with the room and it’s the BEST Value for the money. The staff was really nice. I will stay here again.

The staff was great, very accommodating with me doing an early check-in. Room was spacious and allowed me to spread out and relax without having to stay on the bed.
Taking a shower, the bathroom leaked even with the curtain in the proper place. Had to use a few towels to clean it up and then cone to find out it went alway into the "foyer" of the room. Literally that's my only complaint is that I don't like the shower curtains lol

The location was perfect
Price was a little high but I guess that's expected with inflation and COVID
