La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Colorado Springs Garden of the Gods

The location is really good next to the main interstate and near the attractions. It's also right next to a great Mexican restaurant and plenty of other food options and gas stations. It's easy to enter and exit the property.

The place is very dated and not well kept. The stairs are broken up and in disrepair. There is only one working elevator. The toilet ran all night. The floors were hard and uneven. The room was dark and bedside lamps didn't work. The bathroom was old and gross. It seemed liked most of the people I saw there were extended stay folks. Lots of homeless people in the area as well. My first room the key wouldn't work so I had to be moved. In three days there was never any housekeeping. The amount I paid for a 3 day stay at this dump is a crime.

The Staff was helpful and friendly.

The entry door was a huge problem, I could not get in my room several times and was always at night and I had to wait for staff to come get me in, problem with the locks. Smelled like smoke was supposed to be smoke free. They schedule room service every other day, but that was not done only once. I arrived back late at night and had to call to get towels.

Good location

It was dirty outside with the trash over flowing. The swimming pool wasn’t open, my room was “out of order” even though I booked it in April.

Decent location

They charged us 30$ for damaged towels because of a soda that spilled. Didn’t try to wash them or anything just straight to charging extra money for towels that there gonna bleach and reuse anyways. Nothing but a money grab! One of the elevators didn’t work also . No smoking facility but everyone around that building was smoking weed.

The staff were friendly when we checked in. The location was good.

The room my partner and I stayed in was uncomfortable and disturbing.
