- Comfortable room and great food.
- The aquarium and the closeness to everything!
- The pool was lovely, especially in the Vegas heat. The decor of the room was nice. Comfortable beds. Bathroom needs fan. No privacy.

- Smoking smell penetrating to room
- The rewards card employee said that I used up my benefits rewards when I stayed there in 2012. That was a free buffet back then. So that sucked.
- TOO SMOKEY! The WHOLE HOTEL should be noted for smokers ONLY! There was NO non -smoking section available. THIS is the only reason why we will choose New York New York on our next trip to Las Vegas. The smoke can be smelled as soon as you enter the casino

The bathroom was not clean. Hairs and dirt all along the wall. Hospitality felt fake.
