The staff was friendly and helpful. It is very easy to check in and out.

The A/C was not working, so we had to switch rooms. The rooms were also not very clean. It looks like the building needs a new renovation.

Close to the location that we needed to be at without having alot of hassle. Parking was easy and accessible. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Could hear a little bit of the traffic noise. The pool area had to be accessible through the outside instead of the through a hotel door.

The location was perfect for someone that needs to close to the medical district. There were plenty of food choices near by as well. The neighborhood was nice and safe area.

The staff was slow and had an attitude when I was upset that my room key stopped working each day. Exterior doors lock at night and I couldn't enter the property, then when you dial 0 for assistance they take forever to arrive and then have an attitude.

The location was the best thing about this hotel nothing else is worth talking about will not stay again

Lights in the room didn't work AC stayed hot the whole 3 nights and I was there, breakfast is a joke male staff members are rude behind front desk no dishes whatsoever for rooms
