- We booked this hotel before multiple times and we loved it. Even guests also appreciated all services and friendly staff. Everything is perfect and hotel is 4 minutes walking distance to national zoo. Even as our guests had to check out one day before actual check out date due to family emergency, the hotel staff refunded one night payment and that is extremely kind gesture and very much appreciated.
