- Location is great, complimentary breakfast was awesome

Cons -
- I stayed at the Metterra about 15 years ago and it’s gone downhill. It’s a solid 3 star. No bath tub and the building and room is not in as good of shape as I remember. The breakfast was ok but dessert in lounge was no good.
- No parking except valet which costs a lot on top of expensive room. Renovations were not disclosed and the hotel in in bad repair. Needs a lot of work for the price they charge. No noise cancellation in rooms from bars down the street. No sleep till 3 am
