Branson Towers Hotel - All Inclusive Reviews Rating
Very Good
Review summary
The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and a well-maintained indoor pool and hot tub, complemented by a very good breakfast featuring a wide variety of hot and cold options. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient, quiet location with easy access to shopping and attractions. Some drawbacks include outdated room interiors, a musty smell, hard pillows, mold issues, and limited check-in/check-out times, though overall the hotel provides good value for the price.

The rooms were clean
The pool water stunk the kids couldn’t even swim in it. We asked for extra beds n we didn’t get a message until after we booked n paid for the rooms. It said on the site we could get extra beds and we had big boys n some of them had to sleep on the floor. Very disappointed about it.

It's quiet, plenty of parking, good location. The breakfast is good with plenty of space, you don't feel like you have to rush. The sunrise is spectacular from the breakfast room!

Spacious rooms. Good location
Breakfast was not worth eating, poor quality. Poor check in experience, 40 minutes wait and the had to fond rooms as ours were not ready at 4 pm! Zero housekeeping and towel request ignored.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. At this time of the year the lobby was very inviting and warm. Loved the ice cream social. Planning on another family trip next year, with more family members. My daughter's and I enjoyed our stay.
Our phone in our room didn't work. The back elevator was very slow. The only ice machine in in the front of the hotel we were in room 248 and had walk a long hallway and take the elevator down.

The facility & staff was good. I was especially impressed with how clean and we'll kept the breakfast area was. The young lady was super friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. Good variety of breakfast foods were offered. Decent coffee.
The room we had was a King. The room was a great size but there was a huge space to the right of the bed that could have used a table and chairs. It's a shame to waste this space that could be used. Fresh creamer or half & half would be a good upgrade for the coffee as I'm not fond of powdered creamer. The Christmas tree in the lobby laid on the floor for 2 days unassembled. I thought this was an eye soar and poor taste for such a beautiful lobby entrance. Looked very junky. If you are going to decorate for Christmas then be sure it gets done in a timely matter.
