- Prime location, staffs were friendly
- The staff was wonderful, so friendly and accommodating before and during our stay. Never made us feel like we were putting him out with questions or requests. The beds and bedding were exceptional as was the view.

- Vending machine is not working properly
- Tv/cable situation is antiquated. Not a dislike, but while it seems close to the strip by looking at it on the map, it's not walkable unless you're wanting to take a major hike up the mountain to get back. The views make it worth driving back and forth!

Hotel needs updated. $15 per day for parking is ridiculous and there was no coffee in the common area unlike a lot of hotels
