- desk personnel are always very helpful, patient and accommodating
- Management and workers was very helpfull and polite the breakfast was good bed was comfortable q
- The bed is so comfortable, there's a lot of channels to chose from on the tv, the space of the room for the price is incredible, it just makes you feel very comfortable and gives you a sense of peace and rest!!
Cons -
- Elevator is in bad need of Paint. minor thing but kind of sets the tone for the stay. hotel room was great.
- I wish check out time was 12 lol
- Yes, upon arriving the toilete was backed up in our room. It was fixed right away. Then at night the pool backed up into the hall and water came into our room, noise all night, instead of my deposit being refunded as told, I was charged again. No comfort.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was in a nice location.
