- I like the location and price
- Location good
- Room was very nice & clean..comfortable bed..good location..restaurants nearby..close to the convention center we were attending...also felt safe there..had no issues
Cons -
- Towels were old, hard and dingy, not clean looking or white. Hotel refused to plow or shovel snow from the walk way or parking lot so we could exit safely. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had!
- rates are high
- First room did not have working heat. Called front desk and nicely and quickly moved to another room. Bathroom in the second room was old. Entire building appeared outdated and upgrades appeared inexpensive and cheaply done. Appearance was like patch work.
