Pros +
- The breakfast was very nice.
- The elevator was broken and we had to haul luggage up 5 flight of stairs.
- Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was accommodating, and the room was beautiful, clean and perfect for short/longer stay.
Cons -
- We STAYED FOR A CONFERENCE, and for 4 days, my room was serviced once, and we had to request towels and washcloths. THE SHOWER WAS INOPERABLE. However, the staff personnel were friendly.
- The beds were uncomfortable and the staff were not helpful at all.
- The elevator has musty smell.
