- Súper clean
- I liked literally everything! Rooms are very clean. You feel yourself cozy inside. Design is so pleasant, even calming. Furniture looks new, fresh or recently renovated. Shower is good, so many different towels available. Lighting matches very well to the general room style. WiFi works great, no issues, easy way to connect. View from the window is good, you can see some bus parking, train station, just simple city landscapes. A very rare thing - iron is available in the wardrobe. And most importantly - the staff! I want to thank the Asian lady receptionist for her kindness and care. I had to shorten my stay and fly home earlier, and she helped me to correctly cancel remaining days of my reservation with corresponding refund. A really great job! Clearly it goes to the top 3 hotels I've ever been to.

- A breakfast is just a tiny disappointing. Only American breakfasts is included. I won't take any rating stars for it.
- Desk clerk was on phone 10+ minutes and didn't acknowledge me . Not a fan of pay for parking. Especially in Everett. Not that large of a town, and ample space for non-pay parking.

Very nice rooms.
