Delta Hotels by Marriott™ Nashville Airport

This is my second time staying at The Preston. The room was clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable and clean as well. The restaurant in the hotel is conveniently located with a good selection of food.

No microwave in the room.

we always love staying here. it’s a nice hotel, comfortable and always clean. it’s extremely convenient for us to leave our vehicle and shuttle to the airport

they are under construction which you can tell and the signs where there (literally) however when we got into our room all the drawers were opened, cabinet doors etc as if the cleaning person or whomever hadn’t finished? nothing bad per say but was just odd walking into that

THE REVIEW FOR UPCOMING PEOPLE!! definitely was worried about staying here when reading the most recent reviews. but it was good. the property has some age on her & of course with age you see certain things that need updating however, We checked in Friday 3/17 about 730pm and checked and we had HOT WATER. for the most part it was clean. The bathtub top shine coat needed to be redone (due to age) so you could see imperfections but it was clean. Stairwell could use some cleaning. That is it. the room was clean the sheets were clean the beds are very soft but very comfortable. water pressure and temperature were great. I was able to take a very long shower one in the morning and I also took one before going out in the evening. We were going downtown to the bars. It only took about 15 minutes to get there via a Lyft, which was about 12 bucks. The staff wasn’t overly friendly but they were definitely not rude as the previous review. there’s a lounge and small restaurant downstairs that does made to order breakfast that you can charge to your room or pay for there and food was good. there is a cool little art gallery downstairs. live music on Friday and Saturday. I can say after reading the reviews on this hotel. I was very worried about staying here now that I’ve checked out. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Nashville.

Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff

Location is truly excellent; facilities are clean, modern, and of good quality. Staff at reception were very helpful.

Bar staff were not competent or attentive. On-site L2 charging was US $0.50 per kWh, which is insultingly high. This is approximately 4x the residential rate and 5x the commercial rate; and as much as the rooms cost something like this ought to simply be included. Many of the chargers were ICEd. Breakfast was not included.

Main floor area was nice. Staff was nice at check in and at restaurant/bar. Food was surprisingly good. Room was clean.

Noticeable difference once off the elevator. Renovations ongoing. Several damaged items in the room. Door was off the dresser. Grill on the HVAC unit broken. Lamp worked by damaged shade. Clock didn't work.

Wonderful, friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. The hotel was spacious with nice photos. The restaurant staff were super nice, and the food was yummy.

There was a leak in my shower. It was not terrible, but I was conscious.

The room was clean

The door to the bathroom was basically broken it was too Low to the ground and would make a very loud noise to close the door to the room would also get stuck in a similar fashion and wouldn’t close securely behind you without a lot of force the tool is nice but needs to be updated severely for the price I was underwhelmed

Very cool hotel. I liked the decor and the ambience, the lounge and the musician. Great staff.
