Very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.
Only problem is the keycards don't always work and you have to have staff rerun them through their machine again.

The bed was comfortable, the heat works good, everything was ok except there is no hot water
There's no hot water when I told the attendant she became rude and indignant and claimed the hotel was full and had no other room. Next day I told the manager who assured me it would be fixed. 2nd night still no hot water again att was rude and indignant
