- Location
- The location of the hotel in the middle of the French Quarter.
- Located in the heart of the city
Cons -
- We were on the 20th floor and had to take 2 elevators to the floor. The elevator was very small and could only fit 5 people with no luggage. The Bell hop had to follow behind with our 5 bags.
- Needed updating
- I did not have hot water in my room shower was Luke warm at best . Ice maker was broken on my floor important for me as I was recovering from knee replacement surgery. Unable to reach front desk for ice was told go to another floor for ice
