Beautiful, relaxing but not value for money.
This a beautiful property situated in a remote area. The room was very comfortable and had great air conditioning. We were recommended a local restaurant which was truly excellent.
Although marketed as a an ecological farm, we didn’t really experience this. Our two children 9 and 6 are interested in animals but we were not invited to feed or learn about the animals. The goats are kept near the car park and you don’t really have much access to them and you can see chickens through some wire. The dogs run about and they are very friendly though. The breakfast was particularly bad- a self-service affair which felt like a youth hostel. No fresh milk or bread, one type of juice poured from the carton into a glass carafe. Dry tarts and biscotte wrapped in plastic from the local carrefour were ever present. On the second day some eggs appeared which you could cook yourself on a tiny stove. We were not warned about the extent of insects in the garden- we were all bitten all over our legs during the day. We are well travelled and carry mosquito spray but I have never seen anything like this!
Given this and the fact that 4 of us slept in a small room, it was really. It worth the money. Over £400 for 3 nights! I would not recommend.
