The location was great. Jollibee is in your parking lot. My granddaughter was born in the Philippines. Jollibee is well known in the Philippines. She loved Jollibee imagine her surprise when we found Jollibee in the Dallas area did not know it was here. We ate here twice. All your employees were super nice to us. Nothing bad to say about any aspect.
Our only complaint was that checkout was at 11. We arrived the night before late and didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub. She was looking forward to that to soothe her muscles.

Housekeeping staff on point., professional, pleasant.Day and evening front desk staff, helpful, professional.
Food not ready on Sunday, keep running of of food, had to wait for her to prepare more food, that did not comne out in a timely manner, staff upset because she was unable to keep up with amount of guests coming into dining room.Unprofessional, loud talking, agitated. Talking loud, stating she was working by herself and needed help. She was pleasant to guests, upset with co-workers. This was around 8:00 =8:30 am. We had to leave without breakfast in order to make it to make flight at airport.

Located near lots of convenient places

The location was great!! It’s surrounded by everything we needed….food, shopping and entertainment.
The shower didn’t drain and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had to continue to fill up the toilet tank with water to get it to flush. The maintenance guy came very quickly and fixed the shower drain and checked the toilet and said it was ok. However, when we used the toilet afterwards, the same thing happened again.
