apart from nee toilet roll daily there was no service, towels only changed once in a week and on day of check out they knocked 2 hours early and expected us to be out so they could get room ready.

Good location

When we entered the studio, the first thing we saw were the pots that were under the leaking radiator and that we had to spill all 7 days of our stay because they were filling up to the top. Then we noticed that we don't have a dining table and chairs, even though we have a kitchen and we chose this type of accommodation because we wanted to prepare and eat food in the studio. We only had a small coffee table that was in a dilapidated state. The husband immediately went to the PMS agency to ask for at least 2 chairs, to which they said that they had nothing to do with it but to write to the owner. I did it right away. The answer is that the table and chairs are not on the list of furniture and that they cannot help us there, that they will intervene to repair the radiator and replace the coffee table, but none of that happened while we were there. The folding bed in which the children slept was also non-functional, because one part was constantly moving and one child was constantly falling into the hole while sleeping. The cleaners just threw out the garbage and brought toilet paper, nothing more than that, we had to clean ourselves. All in all, the studio is very bad, it is obvious that no one maintains it and we will certainly not recommend it to anyone, we are very much looking forward to wintering in Borovets, this time the accommodation managed to disrupt our vacation.
