Breakfast was good. Staff was polite
Wrong accommodations, no ice maker on 2nd floor, housekeeping didn't show up on the first of three days, no all day coffee

This trip was horrible! I like the location.
Housekeeping was NOT good. They didn’t clean our room. They didn’t change the sheets. We didn’t have first towels and nothing. It was absolutely horrible. They usually have Aggie decorations and things up. They had none of that. The breakfast food was cold. She literally brought out fresh sausage that was cold. I’ve stayed at this property Two other times. It would’ve been three other times, but I accidentally booked the wrong hotel because previous to this the service was excellent the staff was friendly. They were happy. They had Aggie decorations up. People showed you so much love enjoy it was fun to come there. But now I will never go back my family and I when we come back for graduation in May. We will not be staying at this hotel. I will not allow Other people that I care about to stay at this hotel. I had a bug in my bed, cause she never changed the sheets dirty hair it was horrible. I don’t know if there’s new management or what but something needs to be done because it’s not the same hotel.

We always stay here because it is near NC A&T State University. So the location is perfect.
There is no restaurants or shopping nearby or in walking distance.

Convenient check in & check out. Friendly staff & great customer service. Room & bathroom were clean. Lots of choices for breakfast.
