It's in a nice location and the room we had was large and clean. Staff are very friendly.

The bathroom has a lot of free space on the walls which could have been used to hang stuff but there was only one hook in the large bathroom to hang anything. Breakfast queues were really long and could have been planned better (the live eggs station was causing a lot of the delays).

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was perfectly located, close enough to everything but not too close thay we had to deal with crowds or traffic. Any member of staff we interacted with were very polite and professional. It was extremely busy when we came to check in, but the staff moved quickly, making sure every guest was cared for. The pool was heated, the bar was great, and the breakfast had so many options to choose from. Our room was extremely clean and very comfortable. We we're very happy with our stay and will definitely stay again.

Liked the location. The room was clean and spacious. And I enjoyed the happy hour and included breakfast.

The valet parking was good, but the notification to get the car wasn't always working.

The location is awesome and very convenient. Our room was quiet, with a great view of the city. Great size, smelling so good but we noticed that our bathroom floor was very dirty around the cabinets and we found a used plastic cup behind the curtains in the bedroom. All the staff was incredible. The reception team (especially Ron- he was amazing) were excellent, helpful and very polite. We had an amazing stay and besides this cleaning issue, we will definitely come back to stay there again.

Parking is expensive.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was great and there was a nice variety of options. The staff that worked during the continental breakfast (especially the lady that prepared our omlettes) did an amazing job. They were very energetic and personable, along with the valet parking team.

The absence of self parking.

Particular thanks to Desmond on reception who went out of his way to help us several times. Also to the breakfast staff who were a joy helping to start your day right. We loved the free drinks and nibbles each night. Spotlessly clean hotel. Comfortable rooms.

Not so easy to get refreshments out of hours. The pool was very small. The outside terrace doors weren’t always open yet it is a beautiful place to relax. M
