- liked the bed. liked the sofa
- Very safe and comfortable it’s an airport hotel so it’ll be safe and clean
- Small touches were nice. Welcome/goodbye on the tv screen. Small light on. Very welcoming when I arrived. Prices reasonable in restaurant. Food was good. Limited but good. Everything clean and sharp looking. I’d stay again if I needed to fly out from Richmond.
Cons -
- refrigerator was small and on floor. tall person can't see into it. luggage carts were horrible 3 wheels with tiny casters that have to be lifted over the smallest bump. wifi was useless. no breakfast
- Some staff couldn’t speak English. Not a big issue but even when I said thank you, for cleaning, I just got nothing but her back. Happened at the desk too. I apparently approached the wrong person. Airport shuttle 15 mins late.
- Having to pay ten dollars a day to park, when the lot was half empty
