Very big room and comfortable bed.

It smelled like someone previously smoked cigarette in that room (Room 820) and the shower head was not working correctly. Wish there was a mini fridge in there for such a big room.

Nice hotel, clean room, and easy to get to from the city.

Paying for parking is a little confusing. I paid the $25 overnight fee but still had to pay again to get out of the parking lot. I was told to hit the call button, which I di,d and no one answered.

Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious with a good view. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Bathroom a bit dated. They were in perhaps too much of a hurry to close down breakfast meaning that we could only get one cup of coffee. Might have been fine if the coffee kiosk in the lobby was open but it seems to have more or less the same hours as the restaurant. We are international visitors so chips and sodas from the small shop at reception didn't appeal.

I loved the location close to airport and highways. The inside was very fancy looking and my room was very clean

Room didn’t have microwave or mini fridge. 2/4 nights I drive around the parking lot looking for parking because there was no more space. Literally drove around until someone left. Absolutely did not like that my security deposit is going to take 7-10 business days to be back on my card.

The location was good if you need quick access to the airport or city. Housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful when we needed extra towels after flooding the bathroom.

The accessible room was way too small for wheelchairs, the bathroom was not set up for wheelchairs, the roll in shower was tiny and we flooded the whole bathroom trying to give our daughter a shower. Mildew and mold throughout the bathroom, water stains on the ceiling, and sink was almost too high for wheelchair access. Lobby smelled very bad anytime we had to walk through.

Spacious and clean rooms. Great breakfast which I invite you to prepay as hopefully that will be cheaper - it is costly. Two complementary bottles of water. Helpful staff with the expected East Coast vibe of being serious and to the point. Big shampoo/soap bottles that reduce plastic waste.

It is a dated hotel. In my case - a clearly broken curtain holder in the shower and a noticeable top-to-bottom crack in the wall right behind the beds. And no mini-fridge which I expect now and often need when I travel with my own food.And let’s speak to the architect if they are still alive - the elevator doors are so deep into the door frames that when you hear the ding, you need to run around to see which elevator actually came. Not much fun after three nights of stay.

Hotel seemed decent

The staff and the whole experience was terrible. I have been to many Hilton facilities before but never had this bad experience. Horrible customer service. Staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Requested extra towels multiple times but everytime they had a different response. First I called from the room, they said “you have to come downstairs to request for that” and hung up on me. Then when I went downstairs to request towels, there was a big line so had to wait for 15 minutes. Then when my turn came finally, they told me that they are short staffed but will see if possible. Then I was waiting for 2 hours and never got them. Went downstairs again to request, had to wait again in line for 10 minutes, there was a different receptionist this time. She said, I never requested for anything and was told that it will be in my room in 30 minutes. However, never got them. I gave up and used hand towels after shower. Had many other bad instances but can’t type everything.

It’s in a very good location

I feel the property is a little dated. I think you could use some work, but the price was reasonable.

The location was great

I didn’t like the fact that it was no refrigerator and no microwave. The staff lied about the pool being closed
