- The woman that checked me in was the nicest person that I have EVER met in 34 years of professional customer service. I was returning fro a Funeral and she was a breath of fresh air!

- No fridge in the room. I had stayed there two times, the first time I paid 15 for parking dollars and second time, they charged me 25 dollars. Don't know why.
- place was filthy- stayed on 4th floor, rug in hallway smelled like mold, could not roll my luggage over the humps, room it smelled worse than the hallway, The bathroom smelled of body odor, gate at parking lot did not operate properly, staff was no help
