Everyone was so helpful and nice at this location! We stayed due to our wedding dinner being in Philly and they were so accommodating. Will recommend this hotel multiple times and look forward to staying here again .

I love the hotel, a lot of room to unwind.All-in-class perfect location, very clean hotel, very friendly and smiling staff and the best breakfast food included in the room and it was really delicious 5 stars to the chefs, all excellent. Thank you

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable.
Guests are seemingly not allowed to use the facilities before or after check in/out. Wished to use the fitness past check out time, was denied the request to shower at the fitness/spa/wellness area. Unthinkable for the price paid for the overnight stay.Additionally "spa/wellness" facilities stated is borderline untruthful, it comprises of nothing more than a lukewarm small pool and overpriced treatments. All pictures are trickery. Breakfast not included at such a rate? Price/quality so bad it's off the charts.

We liked the hotel, its cleanliness and breakfast, its location and private parking, but the parking could have been more affordable, they gave us a comfortable room with a very nice view, the staff we met was helpful, we spent quality time with my wife
However, when we went to Assembly Rooftop, we learned that staying at the hotel was not enough, the reservations were separate from the hotel and the reservations were full. I really wanted to see it but it was full all day, we couldn't go in, this disappointed me because I don't live in this city and I was curious. It would have made us happy if there was a special area for hotel residents, one of the reasons we stayed at the hotel was to sit there. Other than that, it was a nice experience, thank you

I arrived at the hotel after 4pm and room wasn’t ready for another two hours.

Room was sizeable and very comfortable. Roof top bar is excellent with great views and the location in Philadelphia is convenient..
Check in could have been much more efficient. Staff seemed to keep disappearing for long periods of time whilst checking in guests.
