Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville/East

Breakfast was good. Bed was super comfy. Room and facilities were very clean.

Ice machine didn’t work. Room phone didn’t work. Toilet was super low to ground, which made sitting down ‘uncomfortable’- but this was a disability access room, so…But- the porcelain was either broken or sounded broken whenever it was sat on-seat was misaligned.

The lady during the day at the front desk seem like she hated her job but the lady at night was very nice. The pool was out of order and the elevator. Also, the waffle iron was out of order. The breakfast wasn’t that great. Overall, the hotel was nice.

Elevator was broken for the whole 4 days we stay. Breakfast was just ok

Everybody there was fantastic The room was very clean. The beds were fantastic front counter people. Everybody was great the night before our last day there my granddaughter lost her diamond earring down into the sink. Not sure if he was the owner or the head manager. I want to say the owner though came to our room and literally took the piping apart and found her earring. Everybody went above and beyond throughout our whole stay, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing that we did not like is the breakfast was the same every morning

The bathrooms were unclean, the pullout couch was torn up and stained, and when we got to continental breakfast the next morning (which was a HUGE reason we chose this hotel, it was not open or ready. This was at 6:30am and the breakfast was advertised to have started half an hour prior to this. We were extremely disappointed as this was very unprofessional how the employee handled it.

Clean and good location.

Booked for “excellent” rating and paid more. But found the facilities to be worn down, but the are in the process of updating. Just expensive.

Check in was flawless, room was clean and comfortable, all front desk personnel were very pleasant.

This property hasn't been updated in a long time and it shows. The products they use to clean are heavily scented and unpleasant if you are sensitive to fragrances. Made me wonder if they were trying to mask bad smells. The furniture in the room isn't very functional (for luggage, making coffee, etc) or visually pleasing. The sheets were a fabric that didn't feel good on my skin. The staff were fine, but not friendly and welcoming.I just did a road trip across the country and this was my most expensive, but least pleasant, room. Not a good value and not what I expect from Marriott.
