    Pros +

    • Very welcoming staff, bike storage and a pleasant terrace to enjoy a beer. Quiet comfortable room. The Hotel is obviously very popular and as we didn't pre-book the restaurant it was fully booked. However, we found a Pizza van down the road and the staff at the hotel were happy for us to eat it on the terrace. They even provided cutlery.

    • Warm welcome, comfortable room, excellent dinner.

    Cons -

    • The Hotel's location means that the Restaurant is busy and there are no other restaurants in the vicinity. Not the hotels' fault but travellers need to be aware.
    • Shower very poor

Spacious and airy with good sized pool

Cheap renovation with old fittings. Bathroom space very spartan - not enough shelves and rickety wardrobe in bedroom.

Nice and comfortable hotel with pool and good patio

When we arrive they gave us a recently used and no clean room and had to wait until cleaning was done, we were tired from the trip and wanted to rest

Super staff, good kitchen, great breakfast

    7LucyPosted on: 6-27-2023

Parking availability was great and breakfast fantastic

The lift was out of order so my team had to carry all their luggage and equipment up 3 flights of stairs.

    Passable

the rooms were well appointed and clean. unfortunately the water in the shower was Luke warm.

Good location for bike tourists, indoor storage for bike, elevator, Vert comfortable mattress, spacious room with a terrace and a comprehensive breakfast

The bathroom in my room needed a refresh but nothing that detracted from the stay

Pool is lovely well maintained, wouldn't say it was heated.... quite a cold swim.

Over charged for drinks, don't for the love of god order a bottle of wine, we asked for house wine by the glass- 4€ @ ok for hotel price... (go to Irish johns bar in town it's only 1.80) but then to be charged 39€ for a bottle. The hotel is overall traditional French shabby but it's lost its chic... sadly

Hotel not far away from the center of Beaucaire, offering several parking places either in a parking lot or in front of the hotel. The breakfast is simple and typically french. I did not tried the pool, which looks nice but quite near to the main road. The WiFi is rather fast and free of charge.

The hotel had in the past some very good years, but they are long gone. The pictures show you the good years.

Decent location, near supermarkets and not far from town. Great shower. Staff did seem to care though.

Air-conditioning did not work and it was just too hot. Found a pair of pants hanging on the door when we arrived. Room was a bit rough, stipple wall coatings.

    The location of the hotel

The A/C was leaking and barely worked, the room stayed hot all night. The toilet was leaking as well. When I complained at the reception all she could offer was a bucket to put underneath the leaking A/C and a towel to put next to the toilet.

The beds and rooms (family room - containing 2 bedrooms and bad room) were very comfortable, for a stay with 4 + dog. Despite the fact that all was not new (and some garden items could be renewed) all was clean and usable. We liked to stay on the terras all evening, playing games. Especially the young people liked the cosy and friendly looks of the garden and the swimmimg pool is large and wonderful.

pool facilities where good. great grand pool

airco was not on on arrival during heat wave, 40 degrees in the room. Also the airco was leaking quite heavily. We put a bin under the airco but it’s was hard to sleap due to noise of waterdrops. beds where ok, but the pillows where worn out

    4RobertPosted on: 1-23-2022

The staff were friendly. The hotel allows dogs. The hotel is easy to reach from the motorway.

I realise we visited out of season, but the food in the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was dreadful. It was disappointing, especially given the name of the hotel. The water from the shower was lukewarm.

    4KarinaPosted on: 8-30-2021

The staff were ok, but they spoke very little English (luckily we understand French). The breakfast was OK. The swimming pool was very nice and the area around it quite nice, like a little hidden oasis...just too bad that the main street is right next to it ?‍♀️

Room extremely small, mouldy shower, toilet in a separate miniature room/closet where you could barely sit down and close the door without pulling up your legs, power went away, ice cold shower, not willing to accommodate celiacs ??, the whole property run down and a little shabby - not at all like the amazing pictures on the website!!

La ubicacion entre Nimes, Arles y Avignon.

From august 6th to august 8th 2021 we reserved through Booking (reservation number 3947.850.778) a superior doble room with balcony. When we arrived, we didn’t receive the room we reserved. First, there was no balcony, and second, the rooms are fare away from a 3-star superior level. We made that night a complain directly to Booking. But in fact, the entire hotel is neither “cosy” nor “***”, in fact, the hotel is a shame and a fraud. The reception desk is unfriendly, the shower at the swimming pool is unhygienic, the corridor unclean and the supposed superior rooms a joke!I do understand that the management is runnig this hotel not for receive clients but one night travellers, they don’t have to care nor create fidelty. If you really care about the quality of french hottelery, I recommend you to recategory Vignes Blanches in a 1-star hote. However, this hotel is a fraude, 225,32€ a robbery!
