Located in Raleigh, opposite the Crabtree Valley Mall, this all-suite hotel offers a complimentary breakfast with a hot buffet, continental items, and a cooked-to-order station. Rooms feature a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee- and tea-making facilities. A sofa bed and 2 flat-screen cable TVs are included. All bathrooms include granite counter tops. A fitness center is available at this Embassy Suites. Guests can also enjoy the free evening reception and free shuttle service within a 2 mi radius of the hotel and to the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. - This hotel is always clean, the staff is friendly, it's in a great location and has a great breakfast!
- Courteous staff at check-in as well in the dining area. Room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient location.
- Friendly staff.
Cons -
- Nothing really. Hotel is starting to show some age but I know they've done some remodeling recently so that has helped. I've stayed at this hotel many times over the past 18 years so I understand that it's not new.
- Some areas of my room were not as clean as I would have liked. The bathtub had something like rust stains of a dark color, there was hair all on the walls, door, and shower curtain in the bathroom. I didn?t like that at all. It could have been cleaner.
- Pack n play mattress was too small for the pack n play which could result in an unsafe sleeping environment. I was able to buffer for my baby but this should be updated. There should be NO gap in a pack n play bottom
