Placement in room 209 was very disappointing.
I have been coming to Bruz 2 times a year for many many years. We stay at Brit Ker Lan in either the 400 wing or the 700 wing. This trip I was shunted to room 209. It was disappointing.
My room should have been in the 400 wing or the 700 wing.
