Great location, easy walk to City Centre and surrounding restaurants. Room appeared recently updated.
Construction not only in lobby but throughout the building. Had to use alternate entrance, which was fine. But then seeing construction throughout the entire walk to my room was off putting and made me concerned for what my room would look like. I wasn't informed about what to expect when booking or when checking in.

Location, parking
Even after two requests for housekeeping in three days no one cleaned or provided clean towels When we asked about ice, were told no ice machine because rooms have freezer. But the ice machine in the freezer was not functioning and no ice trays were available.Room rate increased $50 one night for no apparent reasonAdvertised as Queen size bed seems to actually be smallerA/C sounds like a semi truck when it comes on

The location was great and easy to get around the city from. The room was clean when i entered and staff was friendly.
The bathroom facility was in need of repair. The tap in the bathroom sink and the shower didn't work very well as the water pressure was extremely low. The shower would also have benefitted from a removable shower head. Also for the whole week i was there, nobody came to clean the room at all.

Awesome location so close to many really good restaurants and just a nice neighborhood in general. Management was super nice, we came very late for our check in and they still assisted us. Our room was very spacious with little kitchenette which was amazing and everything was super clean which is really important for me. Thank you for amazing stay!
