- The staff was friendly and helpful
- it was our wedding night and they accommodated us to a better looking view. very nice stay. very friendly staff and amazing food.

Cons -
- Late check in, no directions provided when we received our keys, no explanation of pool use, no explanation of room #, no immediate offer when we sat in the lobby for two hours until I submitted a response to a push notification about our disappointment.
- No 24hr room service. Room has too much furniture made it hard to walk in, i had a suite
- My room didnâ≢t have at least a small balcony to step out onto.
