Friendly staff and helpful. Good breakfast. Good location.

Convenient, simple, complete.

I witnessed 2 room cleaning sessions out of the 8 I stayed. One took 6 min and the other 5. No change of bed linnen on both occasions. No cleaning of the used glasses in both occasions. No use of vacuum cleaner in both occasions.

The staff there was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a nice and cozy little restaurant. We didn't have breakfast but coffe was lekker!

This hotel needs a major update. Beds are old, mattresses too soft and noisy, carpets also look like they could be replaced soon... I did not feel so comfortable, I must say.

Large room . What I expected for the town I was in

I arrived 21.10pm and restaurant was shut after a 4 hour journey and they said not even a bar snack or sandwich available . Nothing .They didn’t even advise anywhere else to go said everywhere shuts at 9pm for food and they probably thought it’s true .Luckily I googled and found a nearby bar that did me hot bar snacks with pleasure. It’s not a complaint but if they stop serving I believe staff should be aware of alternatives in the area . Also found out after there is a McD a kilometre away one until 1am which would have been better than starving and being told all is closed

The room was cold overnight and there was no blanket.

The room I was in had all the necessary amenities (kettle, fridge, Smart TV, clothes pressing board, hairdryer, etc.). It was very clean, and cozy. They maids replenished the coffee, tea, milk and sugar daily. There was no AC in the room, but there was a ceiling fan above the bed, which did the job since it wasn't that hot. The bathroom is very clean and looks new.

The breakfast options were good, but it is a bit pricy (not included in the price of the room), and they sometimes didn't refill the trays that became empty. Also they don't have a cook there, so you can only choose between hard boiled or scrambled eggs (which get eaten quickly).

The beds are quite soft. It would be nice to have more outlets for charging electronics. There’s only soap in the room, so bring your own toiletries.

the hotel was on the right location for me, parking is available. Staff was friendly

the room terras door did'nt open, the bath had broken part, only towels, black traces of (schimmel) on the plumming and the breakfaast was not included in the price. Staff was swearing to each other when the doors where closed in the kitchen

Location. Big rooms. Dinner room service.

Seemed a bit dated. Especially bathrooms. Breakfast was bad.

Large rooms, balcony and city Center. Secure bicycle parking and a block from canal route. Wifi excellent. Near lots of restaurants and grocery stores.

Large family room. Assistance dog aware staff.

The room was hot but we couldn’t open the windows as it was so loud outside.

Nice hotel location is very good. Staff are wonderfully helpful. It took about an hour for me to find a taxi. I am so happy. Glad we chose this hotel.

Location was great not far from where we were working. Hotel clean and comfortable great staff.

Very friendly staff. Typical European hotel: tidy, room size average to small. Okay hotel!

Big bathtub. Good restaurant meals.

Rooms are typical, best times already past, some would need renovation.

The location

The room was outdated, the beds very soft and the bathroom needs renovation badly. The paint on the toilet seat was letting go, the wallpaper is curling up and the room smelled bad/weird (like man cologne?!) and was VERY hot! It was 22 celcius outside but inside it was 25/26. There was a ceiling fan (with broken glass) that did a little. And there was a standing fan that made quite some noise. Could not be used to cool down the room. The old best western signs could be seen on the roof from our room. Around the reception you could smell sigaret smoke, each time we where there. We paid 140 euro for the room and it was way too expensive for the state of it.

Location, friendly staffs, good breakfast.

Bed mattress is lax, made me back pain.
