The staff was extremely friendly. It was my daughters 3rd bday and they greeted her when we arrived and gave her bday candy!
The water at the hotel was not hot so I had to take a cold/warm shower. My husband let the hotel know and they gave us another room key to shower in for hubby and the kids.
