Location and cleanliness.
Hidden fees (i.e. $60+ a night for parking which was ridiculous, and some other miscellaneous $20 fee). While the staff responded to requests (iron & room temperature check), they were not the most efficient (30+ minutes wait to get a response)

The mini fridge didn't work causing my food to go bad. The water from the shower and sink was brown with black particles in it. I couldn't shower or use the sink for fear of contaminated water.
