- Our room was freezing when arrived, the GFCI on the heater was tripped and the room was moderately clean.
- My room looked like it hadn’t been touched in months, toilet was leaking coffee maker was pretty filthy
- Reception area smelled overwhelmingly of strong cleaning chemicals. Waited over 10 minutes at the desk ringing the bell before anyone appeared — no apology.The room was much worse. Strong chemical/bug spray odor that caused nasal burning and coughing in my children. Staff acknowledged the smell and showed alternative rooms, which had the same issue.We returned the keys immediately and left for health reasons.Despite this, the hotel charged the full $120 and refuses to refund.Very disappointing experience. I would strongly caution families or anyone sensitive to chemical odors.
